Four Notre Dame players dismissed for academic fraud

DaVaris+Daniels+Temple+v+Notre+Dame+Fo8tnNu7endlPer reports, Notre Dame has dismissed four players from their football team for academic fraud. All four players were slated to be starters this upcoming season.

Four starters have been dismissed from ND after the school conducted an internal investigation this summer, sources close to the program told FOX Sports.
The players being investigated are receiver DaVaris Daniels, defensive back KeiVarae Russell, defensive lineman Ishaq Williams and linebacker Kendall Moore.

Rumor has it that the players were sleeping with a team trainer and she was doing their school work. If true, the university may be forced to vacate wins from the past couple seasons, including 2012, when the Fighting Irish went undefeated up until the BCS title game they lost to Alabama.

More details will be reported as they become available.
