A fourth round pick in 2004, Allen has registered 128.5 sacks and forced 29 fumbles in 10 seasons. He gives the Seahawks another pass-rusher to compliment their already dominant defense that held the high-powered defense Broncos to just eight points in the Super Bowl.
Allen, 31, has spent the past six seasons with the Vikings after beginning his career with the Chiefs. Allen picked up 11.5 sacks last season with Minnesota and has reached double-digit sack totals in each of the past seven seasons, including 22 sacks in 2011.
