Typically it would be Stephen Curry taking these shots for Golden State, but Andre Iguodala has been huge for the Warriors in the clutch this season.
With Golden State down two on the road against the Hawks, Igoudala inbounded the ball to Curry with 3.2 left on the clock. Atlanta immediately double teamed Curry, leaving Igoudala free for a wide open look at a game-winning three. And he BURIED it.
A classic rule in basketball is that the most dangerous man on an inbounds play is the player inbounding the ball, and Golden State executed that principle to perfection. Iguodala’s heroics also extended the Warriors’ NBA-best winning streak to eight games.
