NFL prospect Jadeveon Clowney ticketed for driving 110 mph

jadeveon clowney 1South Carolina Gamecocks defensive end Jadeveon Clowney is one of the best pass rushers in college football, and apparently the athletic draft prospect likes to drive just as fast as he speed rushes quarterbacks.

Clowney was cited for driving 110 mph in a 70 zone in South Carolina over the weekend, per WISTV.com.  Highway patrol stopped Clowney after his Chrysler 300 around 7:30p Saturday evening.

Speeding isn’t a major offense or knock on Clowney, but a speed of 110 mph shows a little bit of irresponsibility on his part. The 6’6″, 275-lb redshirt junior is expected to widely declare for next spring’s NFL Draft, and at this stage and after a lackluster junior season statistically he doesn’t need to give scouts any more reason to knock him.

Oh well this is what happens when you put SOME of these college football players on a pedastal! Many of these college football players, and college basketball players feel they can do what they want. Because of their NAME RECOGNITION.1
