One day after winning the NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award, J.R. Smith was definitely ready to do his thing for the New York Knicks in game two of their series against the Boston Celtics.
Smith showed he was ready to deliver for New York when he drilled a 36-foot three as time expired in the first quarter:
Not only was that unbelievably deep, he also had like three guys in his grill. Of course, those two factors make it the most J.R. Smith buzzer-beater in the history of mankind.
In case you missed it, Smith also busted out a fantastic celebration after he sunk the shot, seen here:
Love him or hate him, Smith is going to be who he is. And that seems to be working out well for him lately.
H/T to SB Nation.
