Cleveland Cavaliers All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving, who has been out with an injured shoulder, was back in the lineup Sunday for the first time since March 10.
The Cavs fell to the New Orleans Hornets 112-92, but Irving picked up where he left off prior to missing eight games. Last season’s Rookie of the Year scored a game-high 31 points (11-20 FG, 3-5 3-pt) to go along with six assists, including this one to Tristan Thompson.
Some players just have a feel for the game. Kyrie Irving is one of those players.
Thompson finished with 12 points (6-9 FG) and 10 rebounds.
