New York Jets linebacker Bart Scott has a habit of being in the mix of things.
Scott reportedly had to be separated from Jets Confidential reporter Dan Leberfeld during a media session Friday:

Jets PR guy Bruce Speight stepped in front of Scott. Only thing that seemed to prevent fisticuffs.

Incident triggered by Leberfeld taking a phone pic of Scott, who responded by telling him to “get a life.” Threats & puffed chests ensued.

Scott threatened to punch Leberfeld, who said, “Yeah, and I’ll sue you!” Scott responded: “I don’t care!”

The Jets are coming off a bad loss to the Steelers last week, Scott’s intensity level may be higher than usual as the Jets prepare to face the Dolphins in Miami this weekend.
