If you remember, Chris Paul was supposedly on his way to the Lakers last off-season before David Stern infamously vetoed the deal. CP3 eventually landed across the Staple Center hall with the Clippers.
With that knowledge, Washington Post columnist Mike Wise caught up with CP3 in after Team USA’s semifinal game in London to get his thoughts on the trade that landed Dwight Howard in LA with the Lakers:
Well, that pretty much what you would have expected a professional such as Paul to say. CP3 landed in a pretty good situation with the Clippers, so their’s no sense in crying over spilled milk, as the old saying goes.
