New York Giants defensive end Justin Tuck is no stranger to making appearances on behalf of Subway. Back in February he stopped by one in New York City and served up some free sandwiches and autographs to help celebrate “FebruANY” month. Last year Tuck joined New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram at the unveiling of a life-sized sculpture of the former Alabama running back made of ingredients from Subway’s Orchard Chicken Salad.
No 40lb likenesses this time around but the two-time Super Bowl winner was once again present as an ambassador for Subway to witness something equally as amazing.

Tuck was one of more than 250 people who gathered to make a place for themselves in the Guinness Book of World Records under the headline Most Sandwiches Being Made Simultaneously. All of the sandwiches were donated after the event.
When asked if setting a Guinness record was better than winning the Super Bowl Tuck responded, “Today? Guinness World Record. Come February, Super Bowl Championship.”
It’s a bit more believable when Justin Tuck says it than when Ryan Kalil of the Carolina Panthers took out a full page newspaper ad to say it.
