Eventually we’ll find out something Los Angeles Angels sensation Mike Trout can’t do on the baseball field. Coming into tonight’s game against the Baltimore Orioles he led the American League in batting with a .335 average so we know he can hit. Despite not playing his first Major League game this season until April 28 Trout leads the league in stolen bases (21) as well. He also has 7 home runs, 44 runs scored, and 29 RBI through 52 games.

In the first inning tonight Trout showed off his ability with the glove by robbing Orioles shortstop J.J. Hardy of a home run with this amazing catch.

Mike Trout might not make the All-Star team this year, although you could make a fairly strong case that since his call up from the minor leagues he’s been the best outfielder in the American League, but with all of the tools he has Trout should be a fixture in the midsummer classic for years to come.
