If last night’s game of the NBA Finals was any indication of how the series will unfold, the Heat will have their work cut out for them.

An interesting side story of the NBA Finals, though involves the Heat’s living arrangements while staying in OKC. According to reports, the Heat are staying in a Haunted Hotel while in town.

The Skirvin Hotel in OKC is reported to be haunted and Udonis Haslem at least, isn’t afraid.

“I’m a pretty good guy, man. I respect everybody’s space,” he said. “If that’s the ghost’s room and they come pop up on me like that and he says it’s his spot, he can have it. There’s plenty other rooms.

“I don’t want to be in a room where somebody died or was locked up for 10 years or whatever the story’s supposed to be. I don’t want that room.”

According to local legend, the hotel’s original owner, W.B. Skirvin, had an affair with a maid that resulted in a pregnancy. Supposedly, to protect his reputation she was locked in a room on the 10th floor. According to rumors, she eventually jumped out a window with the baby in her arms.

Celtics F, Brandon Bass allegedly insisted on a night light while frequenting the establishment and Bulls F, Taj Gibson reported his bathroom door mysteriously slamming shut in the middle of the night.

I have no idea if the haunting reports are true or not, but the Heat should focus their energy on stopping KD, Westbrook & Harden and figure out how to get Wade to play like a “superstar” rather than an aging shell of his former self.
