The AP is reporting that Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh strained an abdominal muscle on a dunk in the first half of their 95-86 Game 1 victory over the Indiana Pacers, and is out indefinitely.
Bosh left the game just before the half finished and did not return. He had 13 points and was a lone bright spot for the Heat in the first half, that saw them trailing by 6 at intermission.
The Heat rallied in the second half behind Dwyane Wade and recently crowned MVP Lebron James, who had 16 fourth quarter points to take Game 1 from a game Pacers squad looking to steal one on Miami’s home floor.
