In 2011 Adam Jones played in a career-high 151 games and set personal bests in home runs (25), runs batted in (83), and doubles (26) while hitting .280.
Despite his successful year Adam has switched to a new bat for this season made by Victus Sports and the results have good so far. He’s hitting .316 and leads the Orioles in hits (24), is tied for the lead in HR’s (6), and tied for second in RBI (10) through 19 games.
Speaking of good results, Victus recently made this custom bat for Jones.
Too bad it can only be used in batting practice, not actual games. That deserves to be seen by more than just die hard fans who show up to the park early enough to catch guys hitting in the cage.
You can also catch Eric Hosmer of the Kansas City Royals and Mark Teixeira of the New York Yankees, among others, swinging Victus sticks this season.
