Lift off
At times OKC Thunder guard Russell Westbrook can get buckets with the best of them and is clearly one of the most athletic point guards in the NBA (Westbrook’s vertical jump was measured at 36.5″ at the 2008 NBA combine). That superior athleticism was on display Thursday night against the Kings:
Westbrook is listed at only 6’3″, but he makes the things he does on in-ground basketball goals look way too easy. It was almost as if he was flying. Westbrook finished the game with 33 points in the 106-101 loss to the 10-16 Kings.
Oh, can’t forget that Westbrook also had 7 turnovers to only 3 assists. That ain’t gonna cut it.
