The stars of next year...

 

 

On Thursday the starters for the 2012 NBA All-Star game were announced. That same day the rosters were revealed for this year’s Jordan Brand Classic all-star game that may contain a few future NBA all-stars. Kentucky’s Anthony Davis and Duke’s Austin Rivers played in last year’s game. Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving, Detroit Pistons guard Brandon Knight, Ohio State’s Jared Sullinger, and North Carolina’s Harrison Barnes participated in 2010. This year’s edition will feature Shabazz Muhammad and Kyle Anderson, the top two players in the nation per Rivals.com. Here’s a look at the rest of the invitees.

The game will take place Saturday, April 14th at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, NC and will be televised on ESPN. Prior to the main attraction there will be an international game featuring some of the top under-17 players in the world and another game showcasing top high school talent from the state of North Carolina.
