The Charlotte Bobcats are not having a good season. Neither are the Washington Wizards for that matter. Given the records of the two teams entering tonight’s game it would be completely understandable if not many tuned in to watch. Those who did saw a fairly entertaining game. Bobcats center Byron Mullens had a career-high 23 points and rookie guard Kemba Walker notched his first career triple-double (20 pts, 10 rebs, 11 asst). For the Wizards John Wall had 13 points and 10 assists. JaVale McGee scored 22, grabbed 10 boards, and blocked 5 shots. Despite those performances many people will be talking about DeSagana Diop tomorrow for this.
Diop had not attempted a free-throw this season prior to tonight. He finished 1-4 from the stripe.
