Video: Field of Dreams: NFL Lockout Edition

Taylor Lautner did his impression of Kevin Costner’s classic movie Field of Dreams, with an NFL twist, and did a pretty good job of it. Like Costner (who made a guest appearance) did in his baseball themed film, Lautner built a football field after hearing voices. The list of players that would come from the woodworks corn fields to play is pretty impressive.

Tony Gonzalez appeared first and was later accompanied by Ray Lewis, Shawne Merriman, Antonio Cromartie, Steve Smith, Shaun Phillips, Dwight Freeney, and DeSean Jackson. NFL Network’s Rich Eisen and Marshall Faulk make appearances as broadcasters for the National Corn League Network. Ray Liotta, who was in the original, makes a cameo as commissioner Roger Goodell.

This might be the closest we get to seeing some of these names on the field in what resembles game situations for some time still so have a look. Nice job by the folks over at FunnyOrDie.com and congrats are in order for having their video appear on SportsCenter.
